PR and Communications Manager

What are you going to do?

As a PR and Communications Manager you will play an important part in building RNHB profile with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Together with the other team members you will be responsible for further developing and executing on RNHB’s PR & media strategy and positioning RNHB as the full-range real estate financier. You will also be involved in various (corporate) communication projects focused on employees as well as external audiences.

Your job will cover a broad range of responsibilities, from looking for PR opportunities, writing articles and press releases and organising interviews to (co-)running PR and corporate events, writing content for our own channels, as well as supporting senior management on internal communications.

Who are we looking for?

  • Native Dutch, fluent English, other languages are a big plus;
  • Masters degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing;
  • 5+ years of experience in a Corporate/ Internal Communication department, Corporate PR agency or as a journalist;
  • Ability to think strategically on behalf of the company and translate this information into a concise PR plan;
  • Strong narrative skills: you love creating content that is clear and concise, translating often technical information into appealing content;
  • You’re experienced in running PR or corporate events, have excellent organizational and event planning skills and ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously;
  • You’re comfortable with collaboration and reaching across teams and functional borders, and serve as a liaison when needed;
  • You are highly motivated to deliver projects as planned, within the timelines and budget.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Generating a positive news flow around RNHB to raise awareness about RNHB's financing proposition amongst potential customers and partners;
  • Creating content about RNHB, the real estate market that informs and inspires both internal and external audiences;
  • Organising events that engage various audiences with RNHB.
