Marketing Manager

What are you going to do?

RNHB wants to make sure we communicate the right message to our internal and external stakeholders. The Marketing Manager reports to Marketing Director and will take a key role in the roll-out of the marketing strategy. As an all-round marketing professional, you will handle multiple projects simultaneously and should never lose the big picture out of sight. 
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced all-round marketeer with 7+ years of professional experience, gained on the agency or client side. The ideal candidate has a broad perspective on marketing and has working experience in Dutch and international companies, as well as across various industries and organizations. 
  • You are strong in project management and are able to plan and oversee projects from concept development to execution and correct the course when required;
  • You have experience in development of marketing assets and worked with production agencies on development of content in your previous roles;
  • You are experienced with and good at organizing large-scale internal and external events in which you enjoy both the result and the process;
  • You have experience in social media management, can implement a social media plan and report the results;
  • You have experience with campaign planning and already have some knowledge of media buy metrics;
  • You have planned budget for specific projects before and executed these projects on time and within budget;
  • You enjoy a dynamic work environment and can deliver results even when under pressure;
  • You have a master’s degree in marketing, communications or any other related studies;

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Support with planning and roll-out of marketing campaigns
  • Coordination of the marketing assets production: design, photo and video content, radio spots and more relevant content;
  • Management of social media platforms, including reporting: LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube and other channels;
  • Management of internal and external events;
  • Media coordination: delivery of assets, etc.
