What are you going to do?

In this visible and high impact role you are part of our HR team (4) and end-to-end responsible for our entire recruitment process. This includes writing vacancy texts, posting vacancies on our website and job boards, sourcing candidates, conducting phone, online and face-2-face interviews, and follow up with candidates to ensure every part of the candidate and business journey is exceptional. You are a trusted business advisor and act accordingly, advising and supporting your stakeholders. Therefore, you build strong internal and external relationships with your network of potential candidates and hiring managers to make sure we attract the best talent for RNHB. Are you up for it?
Tasks & responsibilities

  • You develop, execute and drive the recruitment strategy by partnering with the business and translating the business strategy to actionable plans to deliver with speed, cost effectiveness and hiring of quality talent.
  • You implement innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean, social media and alternative on/offline techniques to attract the best talent.
  • You deliver the highest level of service to ensure a smooth and swift recruitment process for our candidates and hiring managers.
  • You own recruitment projects from referrals, advertising, qualifying, assessing and candidate submission.
  • You partner with our Marcom team to improve our employer branding.
  • You are always on the lookout to improve and structure our current hiring process.
  • You are the expert in the domain of recruitment and act as sparring partner for our candidates, hiring managers, HR team and other departments like Marcom.
What do you bring to the table?

We are looking for an experienced and self-starting candidate that enjoys taking a leading role in our recruitment strategy. We are a highly ambitious organization and recruiting the best and bright talent the market has to offer plays an important role in achieving our goals. Therefore, you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well and bring preferably a broad network in the (international) financial services industry to RNHB. To be successful you are hands-on and able to do the heavy lifting yourself.
  • You have a bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, communications or HR;
  • You have 5+ years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant at a (preferably boutique) agency;
  • You have a demonstrable history of developing effective sourcing strategies with a successful track record of achieving targets, deadlines and recruiting goals;
  • You have proven organizational skills and attention for detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands;
  • You are a team player and like collaborating with the other disciplines and topics in the team like talent management and employee journey;
  • You have strong candidate and client management skills, offering high levels of support and service;
  • You have excellent Dutch and English verbal and written communication skills.
